Der promovierte Historiker war vor seiner Tätigkeit als geschäftsführender Gesellschafter bei COMMUNICATION Presse und PR als Kommunikationsverantwortlicher in verschiedenen leitenden Positionen bei Finanzdienstleistern tätig. Als Leiter Corporate Communications der Baader Bank positionierte er das inhabergeführte Institut als führende Investmentbank für die DACH Region. In den Jahren 2004-2006 begleitete als Kommunikationsverantwortlicher die Neuausrichtung der BayernLB und verantwortete deren Internet-, Werbe- und Marktforschungs- und Sponsoring-Aktivitäten. Während seines Studiums der Geschichte in München, Trier und Poitiers/Frankreich arbeitete er als freiberuflicher Journalist, bevor er seine Karriere als Berater in einer Münchner Werbeagentur startete und Kunden aus den Bereichen Bauindustrie, Immobilien und Versicherungen betreute.
